KEOFITT support many different efforts - from music festivals and plays and sports to cancer research and children in need.

KEOFITT is a fundamentally value driven company. Everything we do, we consider from a planet, people and profit perspective.
.

We create room for education, ambition and individual choices. With a focus on teamwork, wellbeing and work-life balance, we measure impact—not hours.
.

We make conscious choices about materials, suppliers, travel and shipping. By using recycled steel and building products that last, we work to reduce our environmental impact and prevent waste.
.

A healthy business allows us to invest, improve and make a lasting difference for our employees, customers, partners and the planet.
It means we know, that our biggest and most precious resource is our planet. Second to the planet, our people. Behind these two lies the awareness that our ability to make a difference depends on our ability to run a profitable company.
Our choice of raw materials and our choice of partners and suppliers are guided by our wish to protect the environment, as are our travel and shipping policies.
Small as we may be, it makes a difference that we choose high grade recycled steel, because it has a smaller CO2 impact than virgin steel. We built our products to last, and pride ourselves that we have customers using KEOFITT products installed more than 30 years ago.
We conduct our business in accordance with United Nations initiatives for corporate governance, and we select partners throughout our value chain who adhere to these principles.
We have developed an academy, so we can share best practice and help educate our customers to reduce waste, because proper use of KEOFITT valves helps reduce waste and energy consumption. (In 2025 we trained more than xxx people in x continents all over the world.
From a people perspective, we encourage education and ambition yet leave space for the individual to follow his or her own guiding principles. Most importantly though, we acknowledge the team by honoring team players. We try to create a stress-free environment, by focusing on helping our customers protect what is important to them instead of focusing on KPIs, and by offering career freedom to our people, by creating a generous work life balance. We don’t count hours, we measure impact with a keen eye on the individual.
We serve a healthy lunch, set aside time to exercise together twice a week and every employee including family is covered by a comprehensive private health insurance.
In a small community, where KEOFITT is headquartered, we understand our position as role models and therefore support local cultural activities, be it theatre, music and sports. Dear to our hearts is De Danske Hospitalsklovne. Supporting De Danske Hospitalsklovne is especially close to our hearts.
Through humour, presence and imagination, they create moments of joy for children and families during difficult times. Their work reminds us that caring is not only about the choices we make for the future. It is also about being present and making a difference to people here and now.
Good intentions are important, but they are not enough. We want our efforts to be assessed, challenged and translated into measurable progress.
That is why we participate in EcoVadis, one of the world’s leading providers of business sustainability ratings. The assessment gives us an independent view of our performance across four central areas: environment, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.
For us, an EcoVadis rating is not a badge to put on the wall. It is a tool that helps us understand where we are doing well, where we need to improve and where our next efforts should be focused.
Our ambition is to improve our rating year by year. Not because we expect to become perfect, but because we refuse to stand still. By measuring our progress openly and consistently, we hold ourselves accountable—to our employees, our customers, our partners and the world in which we operate.

This is how we show ourselves and others that caring is more than words. It is an ongoing commitment to learn, act and improve.
